Plastic IBC Spill Pallets
IBC spill pallets allow you to contain & store IBCs to reduce the risk of leaks and spills from spreading and causing environmental contamination. Our own IBC spill pallets are available for use with one or two x 1000ltr IBC while some models come with optional dispensing trays meaning the IBC doesn't need to move for the tap to be used.
Each sump conforms to liquid storage regulations of 110% of the largest containers volume meaning in the event of a failure, you can be assured that the pallet will contain the leak for cleanup, avoiding a larger accident. Additionally, our plastic spill pallets are all manufactured from medium density polyethylene which has aĀ broad chemical compatibility meaning it is well suited for the storage of almost all substances. Many of our plastic IBC spill pallet options come with a removable grid mesh deck which makes cleaning of the unit and sump easier.
There are a number of our products that are tested against DIBt standards (German Certification) showing the level of quality these products have. All of the IBC spill pallets are highly robust and can withstand their stated loads, as well as the daily life of an industrial workplace, without an issue while coming with a 3-year guarantee.
