Onsite Survey FAQs

How do I arrange a site visit?

Please contact us, either through email, our form at the bottom of the page or give us a call on 01506 430 309. We will pass on your details based on your location to the relevant Emtez team member who will call you back to discuss the visit in more detail.

What happens during the visit?

An Emtez representative will visit your site to meet with you while reviewing the location and processes in place to manage leaks, drips, and spills onsite. During the visit, the representative will assess the counter-measures your business should have in place to comply with regulations, legislation, and upcoming audits to ensure a pass.

Does anything happen after the assessment?

You will receive a copy of the assessment conducted during the visit. This document will outline any recommendations our representative has made based on your objectives for the visit.

Is the onsite survey all you can offer?

No, in fact it's just the beginning of what we can do for you. Starting with a survey, we will be able to outline any gaps you may have for your audits and to avoid failing these it is necessary to be compliant with laws that are relevant to you. In this instance, we can help suggest what to do while also offering the products & services from ourselves to plug that gap, appropriately.
