Plastic Spill Flooring

We manufacture a number of plastic spill flooring options with the goal of providing products which can be joined together to create a modular bunded workstation. The benefits of this mean that an entire floorspace can become bunded and in the event of any accidents involving leaks, drips or spills the liquid is contained. Each polyethylene floor can be joined to others with the use of a joining strip and connector. By standard, we manufacture 2 sizes by standard to hold 2 x 205 ltr drums or 4 x 205 ltr drums/1 x 1000 ltr IBC meaning with the use of joining strips, we can create a 6 drum floor space or beyond, if required. The joining strip keeps separate floors together while the connector creates an integrated sump between all floors meaning a larger sump capacity across a larger surface area.

Ramps are available as extras allowing drums & containers to be moved onto the flooring via a caddy or dolly minimising the health and safety of the employees transporting the items.

Polyethylene has an excellent chemical compatibility meaning it is very resilient against a variety of chemicals & oils while also remaining lightweight yet durable.
