Every business is built on the people behind it, and at Emtez we're incredibly proud to recognise the individuals who have helped shape our company over the years.
This week, we gathered as a team to celebrate the retirement of two long-serving colleagues, Alan and Jimmy, as they begin an exciting new chapter.
After years of dedication, Alan had 33 years, Jimmy had 27 years of commitment and hard work, it was only fitting that we marked the occasion with a proper send-off. The team came together to present Alan and Jimmy with retirement gifts and celebrate with a cake, giving everyone the opportunity to thank them for their contributions and wish them well for the future.
The event was organised by David, Team Leader, and Callum, Production Manager, whose efforts helped make the afternoon a memorable one for everyone involved.
Throughout their time at Emtez, Alan and Jimmy have played an important role in our success. Their knowledge, experience and positive attitude have left a lasting impact on both their colleagues and the business, and they will certainly be missed around the workplace.
While retirement marks the end of one chapter, it's also the beginning of many new adventures. Whether that's spending more time with family and friends, travelling, taking up new hobbies or simply enjoying a slower pace of life, we hope Alan and Jimmy make the most of every moment.
