The base of this unit is manufactured from mild steel sheet and uses RHS cross members and pressed ribs for additional strength. All the corner posts and shelves, main rails and cross members are manufactured from rolled hollow section and the back, sides and door panels are pressed from mild steel sheet which is corrugated where required.
Constructed from mild steel, the sump is fully seam welded and fitted with a**pushback loading system which consists of a “sliding rail” device that allows the pallets to be pushed to the back of the unit and the front pallet used to control the movement of the back one. The sump as you would expect complies fully with all current UK regulations relating to sump capacities and the underside is fitted with plinths to eliminate contact with ground and reduce the risk of corrosion. Pallets on the upper level are also loaded on to a pushback loading system and prior to painting the unit is fully shot blasted to provide a clean and keyed surface.
This model can hold up to 64 x 205ltr drums or 16 x 1000ltr IBC’s across two levels and will accommodate standard 1200mm x 1200mm, 1200mm x 1000mm and 1200mm x 800mm pallets.

Are all products available now?
Unfortunately, due to the size of some of our manufactured items, we are not able to stock these therefore much of our offering is made to order. We will be able to provide an estimate for manufacturing & delivery through your quote. It is best to ask at the point of order to enquire about potential stock of smaller items.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to all countries however due to fluctuating shipping charges, our website will only allow mainland UK postcodes for delivery. If you are out with this, please contact us to complete your order.
What is the return/exchange policy?
We do have a refund & exchange policy. We are able to accept refunds & exchanges on some items depending on the state of the product however this will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Are all products able to be moved without assistance?
A large amount of our products require a forklift or extra assistance to move each product. We will individually label each product where we would recommend further assistance but if in any doubt, please ask our service team.
