Are all products available now?
Unfortunately, due to the size of some of our manufactured items, we are not able to stock these therefore much of our offering is made to order. We will be able to provide an estimate for manufacturing & delivery through your quote. It is best to ask at the point of order to enquire about potential stock of smaller items.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to all countries however due to fluctuating shipping charges, our website will only allow mainland UK postcodes for delivery. If you are out with this, please contact us to complete your order.
What is the return/exchange policy?
We do have a refund & exchange policy. We are able to accept refunds & exchanges on some items depending on the state of the product however this will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Are all products able to be moved without assistance?
A large amount of our products require a forklift or extra assistance to move each product. We will individually label each product where we would recommend further assistance but if in any doubt, please ask our service team.
