Covered IBC Spill Pallets

Our rotationally moulded spill pallets include both soft & hard covers to protect your stored IBCs from the environment. These are all designed to hold & cover either 1 or 2 IBCs.

Soft cover units come with an easy self-assembly steel frame and polyethylene cover. The cover can be tied against the frame to allow the cover to be rolled up for access while remaining covered. There are multiple zips on the cover to make way for this.

Although the spill pallets are medium-density polyethylene, the hard cover itself is manufactured from galvanised steel. Our BB1HCS makes use of hinged doors whereas the BB2HCS has steel sliding doors, both fitted with a central lock.

The covers protect the containers from direct sunlight and the sump from potential debris & rainwater from getting into the sump and causing potential incidents with overflowing liquids making it a flexible option for storage indoors or outdoors.

All units are legislation compliant in the UK.
